It’s tough to plan ahead right now, but as many are taking a few days out with family and friends this half-term, conversations are inevitably turning to what will we be doing in the run-up to the festive period, and beyond.
One of the all-time greats Peter Drucker, the Austrian-born American management consultant, educator, and author, whose work many believe contributed to the philosophical and practical foundations of many of today’s business corporations has a view of how we should organise and manage ourselves in times of challenge.
