It was amazing to introduce to you all to the Mission Beyond journey, with just two of the brilliant core team that are driving such growth and creativity through purpose and innovation-led growth.
Manny Amadi shared with us his thoughts on the definition and importance of working with purpose, at both organisational and individual levels.
Cain Ullah highlighted his career with purpose at its core and his inspiration for Mission Beyond starting with hearing a talk from Prof Mariana Mazzucato in 2019.
We were asked about setting up and working in coalitions – and the role of deep diversity within the team, at the same time as driving alignment and managing different opinions as we work together intensely on the grand challenges the world faces today.
