Continuing with the theme of lifting our bedraggled spirits by focusing on what we can control and persevering to be the best souls we can be everyday, I share a few “Appreciation Capacity” exercises I have been practising for a couple of weeks!
Once I applied my Buddhist thinking and sincerely embraced the underpinning kindness, my authentic interpretation of the expansion flowed! I feel so much better giving away praise I just received, for example, and making good things happen in every situation that I can.
