The life skills the world needs right now

In leading corporations through change and now mentoring, volunteering and supporting Teens in AI, I have a strong sense of what life skills are key for the world.This LinkedIn article (http://ow.ly/RF8g50ARjDP) is helpful although, in my opinion, the labels of 'soft skills' does not do their importance justice.Collaboration through inclusionSeemingly very strong in our next gen groups who organise readily into high functioning teams of demographic and cognitive diversity so their skills complement those of their colleagues to achieve a common goal using an agile, growth mindset set of approaches!Emotional intelligenceThis is so important as we traverse a new normal and effectively perceive, evaluate and respond to ones emotions and those of others. If we are to effectively interact with others and chart new courses, this phylum of skills is new world central.PersuasionThis age old ability to explain the who, what, when and WHY, to lead others in a positive sense by strong authentic communication skills are in greater demand than ever! Good followers and leaders need to expand their repertoire of the persuasion toolkit.What life skills do you think are most important?
