Human Interactivity & Play Central to Building Back a Better Normal

Further to my recent post on play (http://ow.ly/Cfea50Exo4v)your feedback inspired me, so I wanted to share with you this wonderful Caitlin Quarrington Educational TedTalk, "The key to work is play": http://ow.ly/YrSJ50Exo4wOf the two traditional forms of play, recreational (basketball, board games) and integrated play into work, it is the latter I want to explore particularly for the central theme of human interactivity. This has been I think the most missing element of life under the varying forms of lockdown and the biggest single limitation of VC’s!I observed this directly last weekend when we were permitted to meet outside, socially distanced and with extraordinary emotional safety, we interacted in full as human beings, planned, solved a few quite big family issues in essence, played together. This in work, building back a better normal of innovative growth solutions requires us to do this with vigour, empathy and lashings of agile delight, fun and play!I'd love your thoughts on creating cultures of play to transform the ways we view work, particularly as many are finalising their work space strategies with collaboration, community and coaching reasons for office based work. I'd add play!
