Thank you for visiting my website and watching the webinar recorded for Women in IT Summmit.In 'A Year of Struggle and Opportunity' I share some reflections on 2020 and how we can take some key learnings to create opportunity through innovation.The vortex of change we are experiencing right now not only involves the global pandemic, but also technological change, climate change, and the impacts of change around deep inclusion and diversity.I shared the importance of 'starting with you', the importance of knowing your strengths, and looking after your wellbeing.I highlighted how much information we are receiving every single second, and the need to learn to compartmentalize information, to only do certain tasks at certain times.
