The 7 habits of highly effective people

For those looking for a so called 'self-help' book, there is just one for me that is an absolute must-read: Stephen R Covey's '7 Habits of Highly Effective People'.Covey cogently and simply lays out that the way we see things in the world is based on our own perceptions and beliefs. Thus, if we are to change something we must change ourselves and the way we see the world and all within it.The habits are then discussed from pro activity, beginning with the end in mind, putting first things first and the habit of creating win wins! After first reading the book I began slowly to make life changes that I still practise today and have helped me become a stronger individual. I started yoga, lessening my obsession with time and running out of it plus letting go of a few big issues I simply couldn’t fix! It's a book I've read again recently and I want to thank Mr Covey who sadly died in 2012 for the extraordinary legacy '7 habits' gives to millions of people around the world. What book has had the biggest impact on you and how you live your life? I'd love to know...
