Expand your appreciation capacity
Continuing with the theme of lifting our bedraggled spirits by focusing on what we can control and persevering to be the best souls we can be everyday, I share a few “Appreciation Capacity” exercises I have been practising for a couple of weeks!Once I applied my Buddhist thinking and sincerely embraced the underpinning kindness, my authentic interpretation of the expansion flowed! I feel so much better giving away praise I just received, for example, and making good things happen in every situation that I can.
