Choose to be optimistic

"Choose to be optimistic. It feels better." Dalai LamaI am doing lots of work right now helping to prepare, support and activate young people through the vortex of huge change we are all experiencing at this time; with global climate conditions, the pandemic & recession, entering new technology epochs and the battle to be deeply inclusive and diverse in our solutions.I share the advice I am giving myself daily to increase my resilience and positivity.Keep Calm - by breathing, focusing on what I can affect, my responses, attitude and how I spend my time on meaningful pursuits whilst always remembering to ask myself, and others, the 'F' question: How are you Feeling today?Stay Wise - with new learnings everyday. Yesterday, for example, I immersed myself in the facts of climate change and how our financial overlords, investment criteria & markets must change (http://ow.ly/I19q50BHAqc)Be Kind - by being the best version of me I can be in all interactions, and engaging in new purpose-led initiatives that can, through effective coalitions improve big societal ills. Empathy is central at this time.I love this positivity pop-up daily calendar by Action for Happiness, and would love to hear your optimistic advice.
